Houseboat 1997 Stardust 18X65 docked at Grider Hill Marina P18 Lake Cumberland

Am selling my personal 1997 Stardust 18X65 houseboat located at the Grider Hill Marina on Lake Cumberland. It is formerly a rental unit there which I purchased in December 2018. It has an aluminum hull. I put new canvas on the upper deck in 2019, installed a new a/c central air and heat unit in July 2019, and replaced radio, light bulbs, drained old fuel, installed inline fuel filters on both the 2013 Mercury 115 outboard and the Westerbeke generator and recently changed their oil. An appraisal for insurance purposes in July 2019, appraised the value to be $120,000 as is but estimates $299,000 replacement cost. I have available to email but am unable to include here. I have only taken out on the lake a few times and mostly just stay overnight at the Marina where I have cable tv, a/c, and water though there are two large tanks for water usage away from the dock. I am too busy with the expansion of my Louisville Road Mini Storage in Bowling Green, KY to drive over very often. There are some minor repairs which need to be made such as the rails on one side are bent and the rubber strips around the deck are loose in places. The flybridge has one piece of glass missing from the windshield and carpet needs replacing but overall it is in good repair. The water heater was replaced before I bought it and is using propane along with the ss grill on the front deck. Large tan tile are in good repair and are located throughout the living area as well as the hall. Six beds along with three hand sinks are serviceable and could be modified to provide large modern bedrooms with a little work. There are two bathrooms with one containing a shower and toilet and the other a toilet and tub with shower. There are two Purasan disposal units and multiple bilge pumps, all functional. The deck lounge chairs need recovering. For the fisherman there is a newly installed hoist/crane and new 10X10 net for catching shad for catching those large Striper Bass, Lake Cumberland is noted for. Docking is available and is paid thru December ($4500 yearly). This boat is a great value for the price and will provide many hours of relaxation and vacationing time for your family.
