This is just a great original piece. I have been buying and selling a lot more pictorial maps over the last 5 years as more and more collectors and institutions have been collecting them.  This one seems particularly rare.  There were 2 versions of this map made originally with a small folded one and then this large presentation one.  I have searched worldcat and other institutional collections and almost all of them have the small folding one.  In fact, I have not been able to find another example of this large version.  A wonderful large map with the image measuring 20 1/2 x 26 1/4 on sheet measuring 21 1/2 x 27 1/4 inches.  Overall, excellent condition.  I have not taken it out of the frame but I believe it to be laid down as I can see some wrinkling that seems to be have flattened as well as a few edge tears that looks as though they were repaired with the laying down.  Good original color.  Page shows a faint consistent toning but really an excellent example of this scarce pictorial map.  Simple wood frame is complimentary and ready to hang.  Frame measures 23 x 28 3/4 inches.
